Hans is an independent photographer, and he uses his photo to raise fund for grass root not for profit conservation organizations and projects in Tanzania that focus on protecting and stands against illegal exploitation of wildlife resources, support community developments, promotes and educate about conservation issues. Working as a conservation educator for about 5 years, most of Hans time was spent in writing grants that sometimes might go through or not and even if it was a successful one, it comes with a lot of condition that limits creativity in the conservation work that he was doing, and this goes to many environmentalist out there. Therefore `hans took initiative and combining his love to nature and passion to photography and film he started a Conservation media company Ngoteya Wild that tells nature stories at the same time run conservation campaigns to raise awareness and solve conservation challenges.
